What happens during a Retuning Session?
10% Breathwork and relaxation
This makes it easier for us to connect and lets you feel the energy of the session. No prior breathwork or energy work experience is required. All you have to do is relax, want change and have an open mind.
70% Retuning and Blockage Removal
Applying our unique retuning technique. Joshua uses channelling to draw energy from the base of the feet, which serves as a grounding point, while Valentina uses Reiki to push energy from the top of the head.
20% Recharging and restoring
At the end we will spend time with you setting a new intention for your life moving forward. Followed by a few minutes on breathwork to close the session.
